Although prevalence is higher among the elderly population, 1\/3 of those who developed a thigh ulcer have not yet reached the age of 50, and 2\/3 of the patients presenting this pathology are below the age of 65 years. Ulcers of venous origin are known to have the highest recurrence rate, with 25% relapsing in the first year.
For a 5 years period 2014-2018, we have had 75 patients with ulcers in the clinic, of which 6 with ulcer age over 6 years. Whether there were ulcers on post-thrombotic syndrome (9) or chronic venous insufficiency (56), treatment required a first dermatological approach until sterilization of the ulcer after which surgical time had passed. The recurrence rate was 2.25%.<\/p>\n

Am folosit dou\u0103 tipuri de fibre (3600 \u015fi sferice). Rezultate bune am ob\u0163inut cu ambele catetere cu toate c\u0103 timpul de ocludere a fost mai scurt cu cele sferice.
Am avut dou\u0103 complica\u0163ii mai importante, ambele legate de timpul de emitere al energiei termice: o necroz\u0103 cutanat\u0103 ce a necesitat sutur\u0103 secundar\u0103 pe lungimea unui centimetru la genunchi, iar a doua a fost durere rezidual\u0103 pe traiectul venos ce a necesitat rezec\u0163ii subcutanate de \u0163esut venos. \u00cen ambele cazuri evolu\u0163ia a fost favorabil\u0103 at\u00e2t estetic c\u00e2t \u015fi func\u0163ional.<\/p>\n

We used two types of fibers (360 and sphere). We achieved good results with both catheters although the closure time was shorter than the spherical ones.
We had two more complications, both related to the thermal energy emission time: a cutaneous necrosis that required secondary suture in the length of one centimetre on the knee, and the second was residual pain on the venous tract that required subcutaneous tissue resection of venous tissue. In both cases, the evolution was favourable both aesthetically and functionally.<\/p>\n

De ce \u00eenc\u0103 multidisciplinar?<\/span><\/strong> Ulcerul trofic de gamb\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o problem\u0103 major\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate, afect\u0103nd 1%-2% din popula\u0163ie, \u00eentr-un anumit moment din viat\u0103. De\u015fi prevalen\u0163a este mai crescut\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul popula\u0163iei v\u00e2rstnice, 1\/3 din cei care au dezvoltat un ulcer de gamb\u0103 nu au atins \u00eenc\u0103 v\u00e2rsta de 50 de ani, iar 2\/3 dintre pacien\u0163ii care prezint\u0103 aceast\u0103 patologie se situeaz\u0103 sub pragul de 65 de ani. Ulcerele de origine venoas\u0103 sunt cunoscute ca av\u00e2nd rata cea mai mare de recuren\u0163\u0103, cu 25% recidiv\u0103 \u00een primul an. Pe o perioada de 5 ani 2014-2018 am avut \u00een clinic\u0103 un num\u0103r de 75 de pacien\u0163i cu ulcere de gamb\u0103 din care 6 cu v\u00e2rste ale ulcerului de peste 6 ani. Fie c\u0103 au fost ulcere pe sindrom posttrombotic (9) fie insuficien\u0163a venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103 (56) tratamentul a necesitat un prim abord dermatologic p\u00e2n\u0103 la sterilizarea ulcerului dup\u0103 care s-a trecut la timpul chirurgical. For a 5 years period 2014-2018, we have had 75 patients with ulcers in the clinic, of which 6 with ulcer age over 6 years. Whether there were ulcers on post-thrombotic syndrome (9) or chronic venous insufficiency (56), treatment required a first dermatological approach until sterilization of the ulcer after which surgical time had passed. The recurrence rate was 2.25%.<\/p>\n

Am folosit dou\u0103 tipuri de fibre (3600 \u015fi sferice). Rezultate bune am ob\u0163inut cu ambele catetere cu toate c\u0103 timpul de ocludere a fost mai scurt cu cele sferice.
Am avut dou\u0103 complica\u0163ii mai importante, ambele legate de timpul de emitere al energiei termice: o necroz\u0103 cutanat\u0103 ce a necesitat sutur\u0103 secundar\u0103 pe lungimea unui centimetru la genunchi, iar a doua a fost durere rezidual\u0103 pe traiectul venos ce a necesitat rezec\u0163ii subcutanate de \u0163esut venos. \u00cen ambele cazuri evolu\u0163ia a fost favorabil\u0103 at\u00e2t estetic c\u00e2t \u015fi func\u0163ional.<\/p>\n

We used two types of fibers (360 and sphere). We achieved good results with both catheters although the closure time was shorter than the spherical ones.
We had two more complications, both related to the thermal energy emission time: a cutaneous necrosis that required secondary suture in the length of one centimetre on the knee, and the second was residual pain on the venous tract that required subcutaneous tissue resection of venous tissue. In both cases, the evolution was favourable both aesthetically and functionally.<\/p>\n
