Lucrarea de fa\u021b\u0103 prezint\u0103 rezultatele unui studiu personal realizat pe un num\u0103r de 1064 de persoane, b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i femei cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 85 de ani, din mediul rural \u0219i urban, lotul examinat fiind alc\u0103tuit din pacien\u0163i interna\u0163i \u00een Serviciul de Dermatologie din cadrul Spitalului \u201eAnton Cincu\u201d din Tecuci, bolnavi interna\u0163i \u00een sec\u0163ia de Medicin\u0103 Intern\u0103, din cadrul aceluia\u015fi spital,persoane dintr-o unitate industrial\u0103 care lucrau \u00een condi\u0163ii de efort fizic \u015fi ortostatism static prelungit, persoane sedentare \u0219i subiec\u0163i s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi cu un stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.
Pentru cercetarea rolului pe care bolile cronice \u00eel au \u00een declan\u0219area \u0219i evolu\u021bia BVC, am studiat frecven\u0163a bolilor cronice la pacien\u0163ii diagnostica\u021bi cu BVC a membrelor inferioare \u015fi frecven\u0163a BVC la bolnavi cu acelea\u015fi boli cronice, analiz\u00e2nd momentul apari\u021biei primelor semne de decompensare a circula\u021biei de \u00eentoarcere de la nivelul membrelor pelvine \u0219i evolu\u021bia lor raportat la momentul dignostic\u0103rii afec\u021biunilor cronice, compar\u00e2nd rezultatele ob\u021binute la datele din literatura de specialitate.
Din studiul efectuat am concluzionat c\u0103 boala venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103 a membrelor inferioare are o frecven\u0163\u0103 ridicat\u0103 la bolnavii cu afec\u021biuni cronice, acestea influen\u021b\u0103ndu-i evolu\u021bia \u00een grade \u015fi intervale de timp diferite. Bolile sistemului osteo-articular al membrelor pelvine (artropatiile \u015fi fracturile) au favorizat cel mai mult apari\u0163ia BVC, pe locul doi ca frecven\u0163\u0103 situ\u00e2ndu-se diabetul zaharat, iar bolile hepatice (hepatitele cronice, ciroza \u015fi steatoza) \u015fi cele cardiovasculare, au influen\u021bat dezvoltarea BVC \u00een mod aproximativ egal.<\/p>\n

Authors:\u00a0Nicu\u021ba Manolache, Daciana Elena Br\u0103ni\u0219teanu,\u00a0Gabriela Stoleriu<\/span><\/p>\nChronic, inflammatory, progressive, disease that affects the entire lower limb venous system or only a certain anatomical territory whose primary pathophysiological element is venous hypertension, chronic venous disease of the lower limbs (CVD) is a complex multidisciplinary pathology, a problem of public health comparable to cancer, diabetes mellitus or heart failure, in which chronic diseases of other systems also play an important role.
This paper presents the results of a personal survey of 1064 men and women aged 18-85 from rural and urban areas, the group being comprised of patients admitted to the Dermatology Service at the “Anton Cincu\u201d Hospital in Tecuci, patients admitted to the Internal Medicine Department within the same hospital, people from an industrial unit who were working under prolonged static exercise and standing, sedentary persons and healthy subjects with a positive lifestyle..
To investigate the role that chronic diseases have in the onset and evolution of CVD, we have studied the frequency of chronic diseases in patients diagnosed with CVD of inferior limbs and the frequency of CVD in patients with the same chronic diseases, analyzing the time of occurrence of the first signs of decompensation of the return circulation in the lower limbs and their evolution as compared to the time of diagnosis of these chronic conditions, comparing the results obtained with the data from other studies.
From the study we concluded that chronic venous disease of the lower limbs has a high frequency in patients with chronic conditions, influencing their evolution at different degrees and different time intervals. Diseases of the osteo-articular system of the pelvic limbs (arthropathies and fractures) favored the occurrence of CVD the most, the second being diabetes and hepatic diseases (chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and steatosis) and cardiovascular diseases influenced the development of CVD roughly equal.<\/p>\n

Lucrarea de fa\u021b\u0103 prezint\u0103 rezultatele unui studiu personal realizat pe un num\u0103r de 1064 de persoane, b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i femei cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 85 de ani, din mediul rural \u0219i urban, lotul examinat fiind alc\u0103tuit din pacien\u0163i interna\u0163i \u00een Serviciul de Dermatologie din cadrul Spitalului \u201eAnton Cincu\u201d din Tecuci, bolnavi interna\u0163i \u00een sec\u0163ia de Medicin\u0103 Intern\u0103, din cadrul aceluia\u015fi spital,persoane dintr-o unitate industrial\u0103 care lucrau \u00een condi\u0163ii de efort fizic \u015fi ortostatism static prelungit, persoane sedentare \u0219i subiec\u0163i s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi cu un stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.
Pentru cercetarea rolului pe care bolile cronice \u00eel au \u00een declan\u0219area \u0219i evolu\u021bia BVC, am studiat frecven\u0163a bolilor cronice la pacien\u0163ii diagnostica\u021bi cu BVC a membrelor inferioare \u015fi frecven\u0163a BVC la bolnavi cu acelea\u015fi boli cronice, analiz\u00e2nd momentul apari\u021biei primelor semne de decompensare a circula\u021biei de \u00eentoarcere de la nivelul membrelor pelvine \u0219i evolu\u021bia lor raportat la momentul dignostic\u0103rii afec\u021biunilor cronice, compar\u00e2nd rezultatele ob\u021binute la datele din literatura de specialitate.
Din studiul efectuat am concluzionat c\u0103 boala venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103 a membrelor inferioare are o frecven\u0163\u0103 ridicat\u0103 la bolnavii cu afec\u021biuni cronice, acestea influen\u021b\u0103ndu-i evolu\u021bia \u00een grade \u015fi intervale de timp diferite. Bolile sistemului osteo-articular al membrelor pelvine (artropatiile \u015fi fracturile) au favorizat cel mai mult apari\u0163ia BVC, pe locul doi ca frecven\u0163\u0103 situ\u00e2ndu-se diabetul zaharat, iar bolile hepatice (hepatitele cronice, ciroza \u015fi steatoza) \u015fi cele cardiovasculare, au influen\u021bat dezvoltarea BVC \u00een mod aproximativ egal.<\/p>\n
The role of chronic diseases in the triggering and evolution of CVD-personal study<\/span>
Authors:\u00a0Nicu\u021ba Manolache, Daciana Elena Br\u0103ni\u0219teanu,\u00a0Gabriela Stoleriu<\/span><\/p>\nChronic, inflammatory, progressive, disease that affects the entire lower limb venous system or only a certain anatomical territory whose primary pathophysiological element is venous hypertension, chronic venous disease of the lower limbs (CVD) is a complex multidisciplinary pathology, a problem of public health comparable to cancer, diabetes mellitus or heart failure, in which chronic diseases of other systems also play an important role.
This paper presents the results of a personal survey of 1064 men and women aged 18-85 from rural and urban areas, the group being comprised of patients admitted to the Dermatology Service at the “Anton Cincu\u201d Hospital in Tecuci, patients admitted to the Internal Medicine Department within the same hospital, people from an industrial unit who were working under prolonged static exercise and standing, sedentary persons and healthy subjects with a positive lifestyle..
To investigate the role that chronic diseases have in the onset and evolution of CVD, we have studied the frequency of chronic diseases in patients diagnosed with CVD of inferior limbs and the frequency of CVD in patients with the same chronic diseases, analyzing the time of occurrence of the first signs of decompensation of the return circulation in the lower limbs and their evolution as compared to the time of diagnosis of these chronic conditions, comparing the results obtained with the data from other studies.
From the study we concluded that chronic venous disease of the lower limbs has a high frequency in patients with chronic conditions, influencing their evolution at different degrees and different time intervals. Diseases of the osteo-articular system of the pelvic limbs (arthropathies and fractures) favored the occurrence of CVD the most, the second being diabetes and hepatic diseases (chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and steatosis) and cardiovascular diseases influenced the development of CVD roughly equal.<\/p>\n

Boal\u0103 cronic\u0103, inflamatorie, cu evolu\u0163ie progresiv\u0103, care afecteaz\u0103 intreg sistemul venos al membrelor inferioare sau doar un anumit teritoriu anatomic, al c\u0103rei element fiziopatologic primordial este hipertensiunea venoas\u0103, boala venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103 a membrelor inferioare (BVC) reprezint\u0103 o patologie complex\u0103 multidisciplinar\u0103, o problem\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103 comparabil\u0103 cu cancerul, diabetul zaharat sau insuficien\u021ba cardiac\u0103 , \u00een care un rol important \u00eel au \u0219i afec\u021biunile cronice ale altor aparate \u0219i sisteme.
Lucrarea de fa\u021b\u0103 prezint\u0103 rezultatele unui studiu personal realizat pe un num\u0103r de 1064 de persoane, b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i femei cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 85 de ani, din mediul rural \u0219i urban, lotul examinat fiind alc\u0103tuit din pacien\u0163i interna\u0163i \u00een Serviciul de Dermatologie din cadrul Spitalului \u201eAnton Cincu\u201d din Tecuci, bolnavi interna\u0163i \u00een sec\u0163ia de Medicin\u0103 Intern\u0103, din cadrul aceluia\u015fi spital,persoane dintr-o unitate industrial\u0103 care lucrau \u00een condi\u0163ii de efort fizic \u015fi ortostatism static prelungit, persoane sedentare \u0219i subiec\u0163i s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi cu un stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.
Pentru cercetarea rolului pe care bolile cronice \u00eel au \u00een declan\u0219area \u0219i evolu\u021bia BVC, am studiat frecven\u0163a bolilor cronice la pacien\u0163ii diagnostica\u021bi cu BVC a membrelor inferioare \u015fi frecven\u0163a BVC la bolnavi cu acelea\u015fi boli cronice, analiz\u00e2nd momentul apari\u021biei primelor semne de decompensare a circula\u021biei de \u00eentoarcere de la nivelul membrelor pelvine \u0219i evolu\u021bia lor raportat la momentul dignostic\u0103rii afec\u021biunilor cronice, compar\u00e2nd rezultatele ob\u021binute la datele din literatura de specialitate.
Din studiul efectuat am concluzionat c\u0103 boala venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103 a membrelor inferioare are o frecven\u0163\u0103 ridicat\u0103 la bolnavii cu afec\u021biuni cronice, acestea influen\u021b\u0103ndu-i evolu\u021bia \u00een grade \u015fi intervale de timp diferite. Bolile sistemului osteo-articular al membrelor pelvine (artropatiile \u015fi fracturile) au favorizat cel mai mult apari\u0163ia BVC, pe locul doi ca frecven\u0163\u0103 situ\u00e2ndu-se diabetul zaharat, iar bolile hepatice (hepatitele cronice, ciroza \u015fi steatoza) \u015fi cele cardiovasculare, au influen\u021bat dezvoltarea BVC \u00een mod aproximativ egal.<\/p>\n

This paper presents the results of a personal survey of 1064 men and women aged 18-85 from rural and urban areas, the group being comprised of patients admitted to the Dermatology Service at the “Anton Cincu\u201d Hospital in Tecuci, patients admitted to the Internal Medicine Department within the same hospital, people from an industrial unit who were working under prolonged static exercise and standing, sedentary persons and healthy subjects with a positive lifestyle..
To investigate the role that chronic diseases have in the onset and evolution of CVD, we have studied the frequency of chronic diseases in patients diagnosed with CVD of inferior limbs and the frequency of CVD in patients with the same chronic diseases, analyzing the time of occurrence of the first signs of decompensation of the return circulation in the lower limbs and their evolution as compared to the time of diagnosis of these chronic conditions, comparing the results obtained with the data from other studies.
From the study we concluded that chronic venous disease of the lower limbs has a high frequency in patients with chronic conditions, influencing their evolution at different degrees and different time intervals. Diseases of the osteo-articular system of the pelvic limbs (arthropathies and fractures) favored the occurrence of CVD the most, the second being diabetes and hepatic diseases (chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and steatosis) and cardiovascular diseases influenced the development of CVD roughly equal.<\/p>\n
