\nMaterial \u015fi metod\u0103
\nStudiul a inclus 1064 de persoane, femei \u015fi b\u0103rba\u0163i cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 18 \u015fi 85 ani, grupate \u00een cinci grupe de examinare formate din pacien\u021bii interna\u021bi \u00een decurs de un an \u00een serviciul de dermatologie al spitalului \u201eA. Cincu \u201d Tecuci, bolnavii spitalizati \u00eentr-o lun\u0103 de zile \u00een sec\u021bia de medicin\u0103 intern\u0103 ( acela\u0219i spital), persoane care lucrau sau au lucrat \u00een condi\u021bii de ortostatism static prelungit, subiec\u021bi sedentari \u0219i subiec\u021bi cu stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos.
\nPentru fiecare pacient diagnosticat cu BVC \u0219i introdus \u00een lotul de studiu am consemnat urm\u0103torii parametri:

\n-a suferit traumatisme locale repetate la nivelul regiunilor gambiere inferioare
\nPentru aprecierea rolului ortostatismului prelungit, al efortului fizic sus\u021binut, al traumatismelor locale gambiere repetate, sedentarismului \u0219i stilului s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u021ba \u00een BVC, am analizat frecven\u021ba acestor factori de risc la pacien\u021bii cu BVC inclu\u0219i \u00een studiu, dar \u0219i frecven\u021ba BVC \u00een grupele persoanelor care lucrau sau au lucrat \u00een condi\u0163ii de ortostatism static prelungit, a persoanelor sedentare \u0219i a celor cu stil de via\u0163\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos.
\nPrezentare rezultate
\nDin cei 468 bolnavi cu BVC care au precizat condi\u0163iile de munc\u0103 \u015fi stilul de via\u0163\u0103, 62,17% au lucrat sau lucrau \u00een condi\u0163ii de ortostatism prelungit, 23,08% erau sedentari \u015fi 14,75% aveau stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.
\n60,94% dintre pacien\u0163i cu BVC prezentau traumatisme locale gambiere repetate.
\nAsocierea traumatismelor gambiere cu ortostatismul \u015fi efortul fizic a fost \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 la 177 pacien\u0163i cu BVC, mai frecvent la b\u0103rba\u0163i. Cei mai mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi apartineau clasei C6 CEAP.
\nPrezentau BVC 66% dintre persoanele cu activitate \u00een ortostatism prelungit, 56% dintre cele sedentare \u0219i 36% dintre persoanele cu stil s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u0163\u0103.
\nConcluzii
\nTipul de activitate profesional\u0103 \u015fi stilul de via\u0163\u0103 pot agrava evolu\u0163ia BVC.
\nOrtostatismul favorizeaz\u0103 instalarea BVC mai mult dec\u00e2t sedentarismul (raport 1,17:1). Ponderea mai mare a bolii \u00een r\u00e2ndul subiec\u0163ilor supu\u015fi ortostatismului, poate fi explicat\u0103 \u015fi prin frecventa asociere cu efortul fizic (42,51% dintre cazuri).
\nPrezen\u0163a bolii venoase \u00een r\u00e2ndul subiec\u0163ilor cu stil s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u0163\u0103, \u00eentr-un procent mare (36%), dovede\u015fte c\u0103 apari\u0163ia bolii este influen\u0163at\u0103 de o multitudine de al\u0163i factori de risc, care nu se exclud printr-un stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.<\/p>\n
Professional activity and lifestyle in chronic venous disease – Personal study<\/span>
\n Manolache Nicu\u021ba, Stoleriu Gabriela, Br\u0103ni\u0219teanu Elena Daciana, Filip Ciubotaru Florina Mihaela<\/span><\/p>\nIn this paper, an integral part of a personal study whose objective was to assess the role of each factor favoring in part and the importance of associating several risk factors in the same patient with chronic venous disease (CVD), the results of the analysis of the role of professional activity and lifestyle in CVD evolution are presented.
\nMaterial and method
\nThe study included 1064 subjects, women and men between the ages of 18 and 85, grouped into five examination groups consisting of patients admitted within one year to the dermatology service of the hospital “A. Five “Tecuci, patients hospitalized within a month in the internal medicine department (same hospital), people who worked or worked in conditions of prolonged static orthostatism, sedentary subjects and subjects with a healthy lifestyle.
\nFor each patient diagnosed with CVD and entered in the study group, we recorded the following parameters:
\n– age at the time of introduction into the study
\n– age when CVDoccurred
\n-gender
\n-the medium of residence
\n-occupation
\n– lifestyle
\n– smoker or non-smoker, or has smoked more than ten years over 10 cigarettes a day
\n– suffered local traumas repeated in the lower calf regions<\/p>\n
In order to appreciate the role of prolonged orthostatism, sustained physical exertion, repeated local calf traumas, sedentary lifestyle and healthy lifestyle in CVD, we analyzed the frequency of these risk factors in patients with CVD included in the study, but also the frequency of CVD in working groups or whom worked under conditions of prolonged orthostatism, sedentary people and those with a healthy lifestyle.
\nResults
\nOf the 468 patients with CVD who specified working conditions and lifestyle, 62.17% worked or kept working under prolonged orthostatism, 23.08% were sedentary and 14.75% had a positive lifestyle.
\n60.94% of the patients with CVD had recurrent local calf traumatic injuries.
\nThe association of calf trauma with orthostatism and physical exertion was found in 177 patients with CVD, more commonly in men. Most patients belonged to the C6 CEAP class.
\n66% of the people with prolonged orthostatic activity, 56% of the sedentary ones and 36% of the people with a healthy lifestyle, presented CVD.
\nConclusions
\nThe type of professional activity and lifestyle can aggravate the evolution of CVD.
\nOrthostatism favors the onset of CVD more than sedentarism (ratio 1.17: 1). The higher share of the disease among the patients subjected to orthostatism, can be explained by the frequent association with physical effort (42.51% of the cases).
\nThe presence of venous disease among healthy living subjects, in a large percentage (36%), shows that the occurrence of the disease is influenced by a multitude of other risk factors, which are not excluded by a positive lifestyle.<\/p>\n

Professional activity and lifestyle in chronic venous disease – Personal study<\/span>
\n Manolache Nicu\u021ba, Stoleriu Gabriela, Br\u0103ni\u0219teanu Elena Daciana, Filip Ciubotaru Florina Mihaela<\/span><\/p>\nIn this paper, an integral part of a personal study whose objective was to assess the role of each factor favoring in part and the importance of associating several risk factors in the same patient with chronic venous disease (CVD), the results of the analysis of the role of professional activity and lifestyle in CVD evolution are presented.
\nMaterial and method
\nThe study included 1064 subjects, women and men between the ages of 18 and 85, grouped into five examination groups consisting of patients admitted within one year to the dermatology service of the hospital “A. Five “Tecuci, patients hospitalized within a month in the internal medicine department (same hospital), people who worked or worked in conditions of prolonged static orthostatism, sedentary subjects and subjects with a healthy lifestyle.
\nFor each patient diagnosed with CVD and entered in the study group, we recorded the following parameters:
\n– age at the time of introduction into the study
\n– age when CVDoccurred
\n-gender
\n-the medium of residence
\n-occupation
\n– lifestyle
\n– smoker or non-smoker, or has smoked more than ten years over 10 cigarettes a day
\n– suffered local traumas repeated in the lower calf regions<\/p>\n
In order to appreciate the role of prolonged orthostatism, sustained physical exertion, repeated local calf traumas, sedentary lifestyle and healthy lifestyle in CVD, we analyzed the frequency of these risk factors in patients with CVD included in the study, but also the frequency of CVD in working groups or whom worked under conditions of prolonged orthostatism, sedentary people and those with a healthy lifestyle.
\nResults
\nOf the 468 patients with CVD who specified working conditions and lifestyle, 62.17% worked or kept working under prolonged orthostatism, 23.08% were sedentary and 14.75% had a positive lifestyle.
\n60.94% of the patients with CVD had recurrent local calf traumatic injuries.
\nThe association of calf trauma with orthostatism and physical exertion was found in 177 patients with CVD, more commonly in men. Most patients belonged to the C6 CEAP class.
\n66% of the people with prolonged orthostatic activity, 56% of the sedentary ones and 36% of the people with a healthy lifestyle, presented CVD.
\nConclusions
\nThe type of professional activity and lifestyle can aggravate the evolution of CVD.
\nOrthostatism favors the onset of CVD more than sedentarism (ratio 1.17: 1). The higher share of the disease among the patients subjected to orthostatism, can be explained by the frequent association with physical effort (42.51% of the cases).
\nThe presence of venous disease among healthy living subjects, in a large percentage (36%), shows that the occurrence of the disease is influenced by a multitude of other risk factors, which are not excluded by a positive lifestyle.<\/p>\n

\nMaterial \u015fi metod\u0103
\nStudiul a inclus 1064 de persoane, femei \u015fi b\u0103rba\u0163i cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 18 \u015fi 85 ani, grupate \u00een cinci grupe de examinare formate din pacien\u021bii interna\u021bi \u00een decurs de un an \u00een serviciul de dermatologie al spitalului \u201eA. Cincu \u201d Tecuci, bolnavii spitalizati \u00eentr-o lun\u0103 de zile \u00een sec\u021bia de medicin\u0103 intern\u0103 ( acela\u0219i spital), persoane care lucrau sau au lucrat \u00een condi\u021bii de ortostatism static prelungit, subiec\u021bi sedentari \u0219i subiec\u021bi cu stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos.
\nPentru fiecare pacient diagnosticat cu BVC \u0219i introdus \u00een lotul de studiu am consemnat urm\u0103torii parametri:
\n-v\u00e2rsta la momentul introducerii \u00een studiu
\n-v\u00e2rsta la momentul c\u00e2nd a debutat BVC
\n-sexul
\n-mediul de reziden\u0163\u0103

\n-este sau nu fum\u0103tor, sau a fumat mai mult de zece ani peste 10 \u021big\u0103ri pe zi
\n-a suferit traumatisme locale repetate la nivelul regiunilor gambiere inferioare
\nPentru aprecierea rolului ortostatismului prelungit, al efortului fizic sus\u021binut, al traumatismelor locale gambiere repetate, sedentarismului \u0219i stilului s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u021ba \u00een BVC, am analizat frecven\u021ba acestor factori de risc la pacien\u021bii cu BVC inclu\u0219i \u00een studiu, dar \u0219i frecven\u021ba BVC \u00een grupele persoanelor care lucrau sau au lucrat \u00een condi\u0163ii de ortostatism static prelungit, a persoanelor sedentare \u0219i a celor cu stil de via\u0163\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos.
\nPrezentare rezultate
\nDin cei 468 bolnavi cu BVC care au precizat condi\u0163iile de munc\u0103 \u015fi stilul de via\u0163\u0103, 62,17% au lucrat sau lucrau \u00een condi\u0163ii de ortostatism prelungit, 23,08% erau sedentari \u015fi 14,75% aveau stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.
\n60,94% dintre pacien\u0163i cu BVC prezentau traumatisme locale gambiere repetate.
\nAsocierea traumatismelor gambiere cu ortostatismul \u015fi efortul fizic a fost \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 la 177 pacien\u0163i cu BVC, mai frecvent la b\u0103rba\u0163i. Cei mai mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi apartineau clasei C6 CEAP.
\nPrezentau BVC 66% dintre persoanele cu activitate \u00een ortostatism prelungit, 56% dintre cele sedentare \u0219i 36% dintre persoanele cu stil s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u0163\u0103.
\nConcluzii
\nTipul de activitate profesional\u0103 \u015fi stilul de via\u0163\u0103 pot agrava evolu\u0163ia BVC.
\nOrtostatismul favorizeaz\u0103 instalarea BVC mai mult dec\u00e2t sedentarismul (raport 1,17:1). Ponderea mai mare a bolii \u00een r\u00e2ndul subiec\u0163ilor supu\u015fi ortostatismului, poate fi explicat\u0103 \u015fi prin frecventa asociere cu efortul fizic (42,51% dintre cazuri).

\u00cen prezenta lucrare, parte integrant\u0103 a unui studiu personal al c\u0103rui obiectiv a fost aprecierea rolului fiec\u0103rui factor favorizant \u00een parte \u015fi importan\u0163a asocierii mai multor factori de risc la acela\u015fi pacient cu boal\u0103 venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103(BVC), sunt redate rezultatele analizei rolului activit\u0103\u021bii profesionale \u0219i a stilului de via\u021b\u0103 \u00een evolu\u021bia BVC.
\nMaterial \u015fi metod\u0103
\nStudiul a inclus 1064 de persoane, femei \u015fi b\u0103rba\u0163i cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 18 \u015fi 85 ani, grupate \u00een cinci grupe de examinare formate din pacien\u021bii interna\u021bi \u00een decurs de un an \u00een serviciul de dermatologie al spitalului \u201eA. Cincu \u201d Tecuci, bolnavii spitalizati \u00eentr-o lun\u0103 de zile \u00een sec\u021bia de medicin\u0103 intern\u0103 ( acela\u0219i spital), persoane care lucrau sau au lucrat \u00een condi\u021bii de ortostatism static prelungit, subiec\u021bi sedentari \u0219i subiec\u021bi cu stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos.
\nPentru fiecare pacient diagnosticat cu BVC \u0219i introdus \u00een lotul de studiu am consemnat urm\u0103torii parametri:

\n-v\u00e2rsta la momentul c\u00e2nd a debutat BVC
\n-sexul
\n-mediul de reziden\u0163\u0103
\n-ocupa\u0163ia

\n-este sau nu fum\u0103tor, sau a fumat mai mult de zece ani peste 10 \u021big\u0103ri pe zi
\n-a suferit traumatisme locale repetate la nivelul regiunilor gambiere inferioare
\nPentru aprecierea rolului ortostatismului prelungit, al efortului fizic sus\u021binut, al traumatismelor locale gambiere repetate, sedentarismului \u0219i stilului s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u021ba \u00een BVC, am analizat frecven\u021ba acestor factori de risc la pacien\u021bii cu BVC inclu\u0219i \u00een studiu, dar \u0219i frecven\u021ba BVC \u00een grupele persoanelor care lucrau sau au lucrat \u00een condi\u0163ii de ortostatism static prelungit, a persoanelor sedentare \u0219i a celor cu stil de via\u0163\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos.
\nPrezentare rezultate
\nDin cei 468 bolnavi cu BVC care au precizat condi\u0163iile de munc\u0103 \u015fi stilul de via\u0163\u0103, 62,17% au lucrat sau lucrau \u00een condi\u0163ii de ortostatism prelungit, 23,08% erau sedentari \u015fi 14,75% aveau stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.
\n60,94% dintre pacien\u0163i cu BVC prezentau traumatisme locale gambiere repetate.
\nAsocierea traumatismelor gambiere cu ortostatismul \u015fi efortul fizic a fost \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 la 177 pacien\u0163i cu BVC, mai frecvent la b\u0103rba\u0163i. Cei mai mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi apartineau clasei C6 CEAP.
\nPrezentau BVC 66% dintre persoanele cu activitate \u00een ortostatism prelungit, 56% dintre cele sedentare \u0219i 36% dintre persoanele cu stil s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u0163\u0103.
\nConcluzii
\nTipul de activitate profesional\u0103 \u015fi stilul de via\u0163\u0103 pot agrava evolu\u0163ia BVC.
\nOrtostatismul favorizeaz\u0103 instalarea BVC mai mult dec\u00e2t sedentarismul (raport 1,17:1). Ponderea mai mare a bolii \u00een r\u00e2ndul subiec\u0163ilor supu\u015fi ortostatismului, poate fi explicat\u0103 \u015fi prin frecventa asociere cu efortul fizic (42,51% dintre cazuri).
\nPrezen\u0163a bolii venoase \u00een r\u00e2ndul subiec\u0163ilor cu stil s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u0163\u0103, \u00eentr-un procent mare (36%), dovede\u015fte c\u0103 apari\u0163ia bolii este influen\u0163at\u0103 de o multitudine de al\u0163i factori de risc, care nu se exclud printr-un stil de via\u0163\u0103 pozitiv.<\/p>\n
Professional activity and lifestyle in chronic venous disease – Personal study<\/span> In this paper, an integral part of a personal study whose objective was to assess the role of each factor favoring in part and the importance of associating several risk factors in the same patient with chronic venous disease (CVD), the results of the analysis of the role of professional activity and lifestyle in CVD evolution are presented. In order to appreciate the role of prolonged orthostatism, sustained physical exertion, repeated local calf traumas, sedentary lifestyle and healthy lifestyle in CVD, we analyzed the frequency of these risk factors in patients with CVD included in the study, but also the frequency of CVD in working groups or whom worked under conditions of prolonged orthostatism, sedentary people and those with a healthy lifestyle. \nMaterial and method
\nThe study included 1064 subjects, women and men between the ages of 18 and 85, grouped into five examination groups consisting of patients admitted within one year to the dermatology service of the hospital “A. Five “Tecuci, patients hospitalized within a month in the internal medicine department (same hospital), people who worked or worked in conditions of prolonged static orthostatism, sedentary subjects and subjects with a healthy lifestyle.
\nFor each patient diagnosed with CVD and entered in the study group, we recorded the following parameters:
\n– age at the time of introduction into the study
\n– age when CVDoccurred
\n-gender
\n-the medium of residence
\n-occupation
\n– lifestyle
\n– smoker or non-smoker, or has smoked more than ten years over 10 cigarettes a day
\n– suffered local traumas repeated in the lower calf regions<\/p>\n
\nResults
\nOf the 468 patients with CVD who specified working conditions and lifestyle, 62.17% worked or kept working under prolonged orthostatism, 23.08% were sedentary and 14.75% had a positive lifestyle.
\n60.94% of the patients with CVD had recurrent local calf traumatic injuries.
\nThe association of calf trauma with orthostatism and physical exertion was found in 177 patients with CVD, more commonly in men. Most patients belonged to the C6 CEAP class.
\n66% of the people with prolonged orthostatic activity, 56% of the sedentary ones and 36% of the people with a healthy lifestyle, presented CVD.
\nConclusions
\nThe type of professional activity and lifestyle can aggravate the evolution of CVD.
\nOrthostatism favors the onset of CVD more than sedentarism (ratio 1.17: 1). The higher share of the disease among the patients subjected to orthostatism, can be explained by the frequent association with physical effort (42.51% of the cases).
\nThe presence of venous disease among healthy living subjects, in a large percentage (36%), shows that the occurrence of the disease is influenced by a multitude of other risk factors, which are not excluded by a positive lifestyle.<\/p>\n
