Integritatea cutanat\u0103 joac\u0103 un rol primordial \u00een men\u021binerea homeostaziei organismului. Pierderea acesteia, asociat\u0103 leziunilor acute sau cronice, poate reprezenta o mare provocare pentru clinician. De asemenea, poate genera \u0219i o presiune crescut\u0103 asupra sistemului de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103, aspect care se manifest\u0103 la nivel global. Astfel, cunoa\u0219terea aprofundat\u0103 a mecanismelor complexe ale procesului de cicatrizare reprezint\u0103 o tem\u0103 de o permanent\u0103 actualitate, iar identificarea factorilor locali sau sistemici asocia\u021bi vindec\u0103rii defectuoase a r\u0103nilor poate avea implica\u021bii clinice majore. \u00cen ultimii ani au fost descrise multiple metode de evaluare a procesului de vindecare cutanat\u0103 care permit depistarea precoce a factorilor asocia\u021bi dezvolt\u0103rii unui \u021besut cicatricial vicios, precum si o palet\u0103 larg\u0103 de noi abord\u0103ri terapeutice. \u00cen cadrul acestei lucr\u0103ri ne propunem sa aducem \u00een aten\u021bie cele mai recente informa\u021bii \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te fiziopatologia procesului de cicatrizare \u0219i noile technologii utilizate \u00een evaluarea \u0219i terapia diferitelor etape ale procesului de cicatrizare cutanat\u0103.<\/p>\n

Skin integrity plays an essential role in maintaining body homeostasis. Therefore, its disruption related to acute or chronic skin injuries may represent a tremendous challenge for the physician. Moreover, it implies a significant pressure on the health systems, an issue encountered on a global scale. Thus, an in-depth understanding of the complex mechanisms involved in the wound healing process is of major importance, and identifying the local and systemic factors associated with impaired wound healing has significant clinical implications. In recent years, various wound healing assessment methods, allowing early detection of factors associated with impaired wound healing as well as a wide range of treatment approaches have been described. In our presentation, we aim to emphasize the recent advances in wound healing pathophysiology and the new technologies utilized in the assessment and treatment of the skin repair process in different stages.<\/p>\n

Dr. Andreea Matei este medic rezident anul al-IV-lea \u00een specialitatea Dermato-venerologie \u00een cadrul Spitalului Clinic Colentina, doctorand \u00een cadrul \u0219colii doctorale UMF “Carol Davila”, asistent universitar asociat catedrei de Fiziologie a UMF “Carol Davila”. A urmat multiple cursuri de formare pe parcursul reziden\u021biatului \u00een domenii precum dermatoscopie, chirurgie dermatologic\u0103, estetic\u0103 \u0219i are un profund interes \u00een dezvoltarea pe plan profesional, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een activitatea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103. Dr. Andreea Matei este membru al Academiei Europene de Dermatologie \u0219i Venerologie \u0219i al Societ\u0103\u021bii Interna\u021bionale de Dermatoscopie \u0219i doreste s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dedice o mare parte din timp cercet\u0103rii \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u00een domeniul microscopiei confocale de reflectan\u021b\u0103 in vivo, fiind subiectul de interes al tezei sale de doctorat.
