Autor: Daniela Radu<\/span><\/p>\nScopul acestui studiu este \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor cu IVC cu edeme de cauz\u0103 veno-limfatic\u0103.
Material \u0219i metod\u0103: am analizat un lot de 114 pacien\u021bi interna\u021bi \u0219i opera\u021bi \u00een Clinica 1 Chirurgie, SCJUPBT, \u00een perioada ianuarie 2019 – ianuarie 2020. Au fost selecta\u021bi doar pacien\u021bii interna\u021bi cu afec\u021biuni venoase, programa\u021bi \u00een vederea interven\u021biei operatorii. Dintr-un total de 506 pacien\u021bi cu afec\u021biuni venoase 114 pacien\u021bi cu insuficien\u021b\u0103 venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103, au completat chestionarele specifice de apreciere a calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii, validate, \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103. Tratamentul aplicat, curativ, chirurgical s-a adresat afec\u021biunii \u00een func\u021bie de stadiul acesteia. Rezultatele ob\u021binute au fost bune \u0219i foarte bune, pacien\u021bii fiind externa\u021bi \u00een curs de vindecare chirurgical\u0103, cu urm\u0103rire \u0219i control prin ambulatoriul de specialitate. 114 r\u0103spunsuri prin chestionare completate au fost \u00eenregistrate \u0219i r\u0103spunsurile fiec\u0103rui pacient la internare, dup\u0103 opera\u021bie \u0219i la control au fost analizate statistic. Scorul median a fost de 40 puncte pentru fiecare pacient.
Concluzii:
1. Utilizarea chestionarelor validate pentru Rom\u00e2nia \u00een evaluarea dispari\u021biei simptomatologiei care afecteaz\u0103 calitatea vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor a fost un instrument util \u00een evaluarea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 tratament.
2. Analiza statistic\u0103 a chestionarelor eviden\u021biaz\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii \u0219i dispari\u021bia simptomelor dup\u0103 tratamentul corect \u0219i complet aplicat.<\/p>\n
Scurt CV<\/span><\/p>\nI was born in Sibiu, Romania, in 09 May 1960, married, no children. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Medicine Timisoara in 1986. After graduation and I was employed by County Hospital Sibiu as a junior doctor. In 1991 I started my specialization in General Surgery at the Surgical Clinic no.1, of the County Emergency Hospital Timis, belonging to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara. Since 1994 I was employed as a surgeon and Assistant Lecturer, then Senior Lecturer and from 2017 Associate Professor of the above mentioned university. I was awarded a Master\u2019s Degree in 1998 and got the PhD title in 2002 from the University of Medicine \u201cIulius Hatieganu\u201d of Cluj Napoca.

Scopul acestui studiu este \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor cu IVC cu edeme de cauz\u0103 veno-limfatic\u0103.
Material \u0219i metod\u0103: am analizat un lot de 114 pacien\u021bi interna\u021bi \u0219i opera\u021bi \u00een Clinica 1 Chirurgie, SCJUPBT, \u00een perioada ianuarie 2019 – ianuarie 2020. Au fost selecta\u021bi doar pacien\u021bii interna\u021bi cu afec\u021biuni venoase, programa\u021bi \u00een vederea interven\u021biei operatorii. Dintr-un total de 506 pacien\u021bi cu afec\u021biuni venoase 114 pacien\u021bi cu insuficien\u021b\u0103 venoas\u0103 cronic\u0103, au completat chestionarele specifice de apreciere a calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii, validate, \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103. Tratamentul aplicat, curativ, chirurgical s-a adresat afec\u021biunii \u00een func\u021bie de stadiul acesteia. Rezultatele ob\u021binute au fost bune \u0219i foarte bune, pacien\u021bii fiind externa\u021bi \u00een curs de vindecare chirurgical\u0103, cu urm\u0103rire \u0219i control prin ambulatoriul de specialitate. 114 r\u0103spunsuri prin chestionare completate au fost \u00eenregistrate \u0219i r\u0103spunsurile fiec\u0103rui pacient la internare, dup\u0103 opera\u021bie \u0219i la control au fost analizate statistic. Scorul median a fost de 40 puncte pentru fiecare pacient.
Concluzii:
1. Utilizarea chestionarelor validate pentru Rom\u00e2nia \u00een evaluarea dispari\u021biei simptomatologiei care afecteaz\u0103 calitatea vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor a fost un instrument util \u00een evaluarea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 tratament.
2. Analiza statistic\u0103 a chestionarelor eviden\u021biaz\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii \u0219i dispari\u021bia simptomelor dup\u0103 tratamentul corect \u0219i complet aplicat.<\/p>\n
Scurt CV<\/span><\/p>\n I was born in Sibiu, Romania, in 09 May 1960, married, no children. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Medicine Timisoara in 1986. After graduation and I was employed by County Hospital Sibiu as a junior doctor. In 1991 I started my specialization in General Surgery at the Surgical Clinic no.1, of the County Emergency Hospital Timis, belonging to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara. Since 1994 I was employed as a surgeon and Assistant Lecturer, then Senior Lecturer and from 2017 Associate Professor of the above mentioned university. I was awarded a Master\u2019s Degree in 1998 and got the PhD title in 2002 from the University of Medicine \u201cIulius Hatieganu\u201d of Cluj Napoca.
