La Spitalul Clinic de Urgen\u021be pentru Copii \u201cSf. Maria\u201d Ia\u0219i am introdus tehnica imunohistochimic\u0103 de diagnostic \u00een anul 2008. Printre marcherii utiliza\u021bi \u00een patologia tumoral\u0103 \u0219i netumoral\u0103 am folosit \u0219i CD1a pentru diagnosticul diferen\u021bial al formelor de histiocitoz\u0103 cu celule Langerhans de alte leziuni. Dintr-un num\u0103r de 20 de cazuri cu leziuni variate din perioada 2008-2021, am statuat diagnosticul de histiocitoz\u0103 cu celule Langerhans \u00een 11 cazuri cu ajutorul metodei imunohistochimice, printre markerii imunohistochimici fiind utilizat \u0219i CD1a. Afectarea cutanat\u0103 \u00een histiocitoz\u0103 a fost prezent\u0103 la 8 cazuri din 11, alte trei cazuri fiind granuloame eozinofile. \u00cen celelalte 9 cazuri cu suspiciune de histiocitoz\u0103, diagnostiscul a fost diferit, respectiv: limfadenit\u0103 – 2 cazuri, dermatit\u0103 cronic\u0103 nespecific\u0103 – 2 cazuri \u0219i c\u00e2te 1 caz de infiltrat leucemic cu celule dendritice, boal\u0103 Castelman, osteoblastom, xantogranulom juvenil \u0219i histiocitom fibros. Marcherul CD1a a fost esen\u021bial \u00een diagnosticul histiocitozei cu celule Langerhans \u00een toate formele ei de prezentare \u0219i \u00een diagnosticul diferen\u021bial cu alte leziuni ce mimeaz\u0103 histiocitoza cu afectare inclusiv cutanat\u0103.<\/p>\n

At the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children \u201cSt. Maria\u201d Iasi we introduced the immunohistochemical diagnostic technique in 2008. Among the markers for tumor and non-tumor pathology we also used CD1a for the differential diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis types from other lesions. Out of a number of 20 cases with various lesions during 2008-2021, we diagnosed Langerhans cell histiocytosis in 11 cases using various immunohistochemical markers, including CD1a. Skin damage in histiocytosis was present in 8 of 11cases, the remaining 3 cases being eosinophilic granuloma. In the other 9 cases with suspected histiocytosis, the diagnosis was dissimilar, respectively lymphadenitis – 2 cases, chronic nonspecific dermatitis – 2 cases and 1 case each of leukemic infiltrate with dendritic cells, Castelman’s disease, osteoblastoma, juvenile xanthogranuloma and fibrous histiocytoma. The marker CD1a was essential in the diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis in all its forms of presentation and in the differential diagnosis with other lesions that mimic histiocytosis with damage including skin.<\/p>\n
