Este frecvent asociat cu invazie local\u0103 \u0219i distrugerea \u021besuturilor adiacente, gener\u00e2nd o morbiditate semnificativ\u0103. De aceea, diagnosticarea precoce \u0219i tratamentul adaptat fiec\u0103rui caz \u00een parte sunt de importan\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 \u00een reducerea costurilor socio-medicale asociate.
Microscopia confocal\u0103 de reflectan\u021b\u0103 este o tehnica de evaluare micromorfologic\u0103, neinvaziv\u0103 a \u021besutului cutanat care \u0219i-a dovedit rolul important \u00een diagnosticarea CBC. \u00cen cadrul acestei lucr\u0103ri ne propunem prezentarea experien\u021bei grupului nostru de cercetare \u00een identificarea in vivo a criteriilor microscopice ale CBC \u0219i a corela\u021biilor existente cu subtipurile histopatologice ale acestuia.<\/p>\n

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is a type of skin malignancy with extremely high prevalence and incidence. It is frequently associated with local invasion and destruction of adjacent tissues, generating significant morbidity. Therefore, early diagnosis and tailored treatment are of major importance in reducing the associated socio-medical costs. Reflectance confocal microscopy is a non-invasive micromorphological evaluation technique of skin tissue that has proven to play an important role in diagnosing BCC. In this presentation we aim to provide an overview on the experience of our research group in identifying the in vivo microscopic criteria of BCC and the correlations with its histopathological subtypes.<\/p>\n

Carcinomul bazocelular (CBC) este o form\u0103 de neoplazie cutanat\u0103 cu prevalen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i inciden\u021b\u0103 extrem de ridicate. Este frecvent asociat cu invazie local\u0103 \u0219i distrugerea \u021besuturilor adiacente, gener\u00e2nd o morbiditate semnificativ\u0103. De aceea, diagnosticarea precoce \u0219i tratamentul adaptat fiec\u0103rui caz \u00een parte sunt de importan\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 \u00een reducerea costurilor socio-medicale asociate.
Microscopia confocal\u0103 de reflectan\u021b\u0103 este o tehnica de evaluare micromorfologic\u0103, neinvaziv\u0103 a \u021besutului cutanat care \u0219i-a dovedit rolul important \u00een diagnosticarea CBC. \u00cen cadrul acestei lucr\u0103ri ne propunem prezentarea experien\u021bei grupului nostru de cercetare \u00een identificarea in vivo a criteriilor microscopice ale CBC \u0219i a corela\u021biilor existente cu subtipurile histopatologice ale acestuia.<\/p>\n

It is frequently associated with local invasion and destruction of adjacent tissues, generating significant morbidity. Therefore, early diagnosis and tailored treatment are of major importance in reducing the associated socio-medical costs. Reflectance confocal microscopy is a non-invasive micromorphological evaluation technique of skin tissue that has proven to play an important role in diagnosing BCC.
