Material \u0219i metod\u0103 Trecerea in revist\u0103 a datelor din literatur\u0103, dar \u0219i a experien\u021bei personale, referitoare la dermatozele prin agen\u021bi fizici (cu accent pe termenii \u00abirita\u021bie\u00bb \u0219i \u00abcausticitate\u00bb), dermatozele consecutive contactului tegumentar cu produse chimice (insist\u00e2nd asupra reac\u021biior alergice de contact), testarea epicutanat\u0103 \u0219i rolul s\u0103u \u00een diagnosticul diferen\u021bial dintre formele clinice men\u021bionate mai sus, m\u0103surile de protec\u021bie individual\u0103. Introduction Occupational dermatology is an interdisciplinary specialty that cannot be dissociated from either occupational medicine or contact dermato-allergology. Material and method Review of data from the literature, but also from personal experience, concerning dermatoses by physical agents (with emphasis on the terms \u201cirritation\u201d and \u201ccausticity\u201d), dermatoses following skin contact with chemicals (insisting on allergic reactions contact), epicutaneous testing and its role in the differential diagnosis between the clinical forms mentioned above, individual protection measures. Results The skin irritation regroups all the non-immunological lesions suffered by the skin at the contact with various physico-chemical agents, the causticity designating a major irritation, which evolves into irreversible lesions of the skin; occupational allergic contact dermatitis, which occurs as a result of contact with a substance to which the subject has previously been sensitized, may be differentiated from the irritant one depending on the appearance circumstances, subjective and objective clinical symptoms, limits of the lesions, presence or absence of the eruptions at the distance, histopathology of skin lesions, epicutaneous test results; a strategic program for individual skin prevention of the hands (creams, gels and protective gloves, skin cleansers, post-work care creams, “repairers”) is required. Conclusions Visiting the workplace and analyzing different occupational gestures is crucial; skin hygiene requirements are also important; in contact dermatitis, any symptomatic treatment is doomed to failure if eviction measures are not taken. In the case of a hypothetical eviction, individual and collective prevention mesures are of the utmost importance.<\/p>\n

Introducere Dermatologia profesional\u0103 este o specialitate interdisciplinar\u0103, care nu poate fi disociat\u0103 nici de Medicina muncii, nici de Dermato-alergologia de contact. Material \u0219i metod\u0103 Trecerea in revist\u0103 a datelor din literatur\u0103, dar \u0219i a experien\u021bei personale, referitoare la dermatozele prin agen\u021bi fizici (cu accent pe termenii \u00abirita\u021bie\u00bb \u0219i \u00abcausticitate\u00bb), dermatozele consecutive contactului tegumentar cu produse chimice (insist\u00e2nd asupra reac\u021biior alergice de contact), testarea epicutanat\u0103 \u0219i rolul s\u0103u \u00een diagnosticul diferen\u021bial dintre formele clinice men\u021bionate mai sus, m\u0103surile de protec\u021bie individual\u0103. Rezultate Irita\u021bia cutanat\u0103 regrupeaz\u0103 toate leziunile neimunologice suferite de tegument la contactul cu diver\u0219i agen\u021bi fizico-chimici, causticitatea desemn\u00e2nd o irita\u021bie major\u0103, ce evolueaz\u0103 spre leziuni ireversibile ale tegumentului; dermatita de contact alergic\u0103 profesional\u0103, ap\u0103rut\u0103 ca urmare a contactului cu o substan\u021b\u0103 la care subiectul a fost \u00een prealabil sensibilizat, poate fi diferen\u021biat\u0103 de cea iritativ\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de circumstan\u021bele de apari\u021bie, simptomele clinice subiective \u0219i obiective, limitele leziunilor, prezen\u021ba sau absen\u021ba erup\u021biilor la distan\u021b\u0103, histopatologia leziunilor cutanate, rezultatele testelor epicutanate; un program strategic de prevenire cutanat\u0103 individual\u0103 a m\u00e2inilor (creme, geluri \u0219i m\u00e2nu\u0219i de protec\u021bie, produse de cur\u0103\u021bire a pielii, creme de \u00eengrijire post activitate profesional\u0103, \u00abreparatorii\u00bb) se impune. Concluzii Interesul vizitei locului de munc\u0103 \u0219i al analizei diferitelor gesturi profesionale este capital; exigen\u021bele referitoare la igiena cutanat\u0103 sunt de asemenea importante; \u00een dermatitele de contact, orice tratament simptomatic este sortit e\u0219ecului dac\u0103 m\u0103surile de evic\u021biune nu sunt luate. \u00cen caz de evic\u021biune ipotetic\u0103, m\u0103surile de preven\u021bie individual\u0103 \u0219i colectiv\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i au \u00eentreaga lor importan\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n
Occupational dermatosis: etiology, clinical forms, diagnosis, prevention<\/span> Keywords: irritation, causticity, allergic contact dermatitis, epicutaneous tests<\/p>\n Introduction Occupational dermatology is an interdisciplinary specialty that cannot be dissociated from either occupational medicine or contact dermato-allergology. Material and method Review of data from the literature, but also from personal experience, concerning dermatoses by physical agents (with emphasis on the terms \u201cirritation\u201d and \u201ccausticity\u201d), dermatoses following skin contact with chemicals (insisting on allergic reactions contact), epicutaneous testing and its role in the differential diagnosis between the clinical forms mentioned above, individual protection measures. Results The skin irritation regroups all the non-immunological lesions suffered by the skin at the contact with various physico-chemical agents, the causticity designating a major irritation, which evolves into irreversible lesions of the skin; occupational allergic contact dermatitis, which occurs as a result of contact with a substance to which the subject has previously been sensitized, may be differentiated from the irritant one depending on the appearance circumstances, subjective and objective clinical symptoms, limits of the lesions, presence or absence of the eruptions at the distance, histopathology of skin lesions, epicutaneous test results; a strategic program for individual skin prevention of the hands (creams, gels and protective gloves, skin cleansers, post-work care creams, “repairers”) is required. Conclusions Visiting the workplace and analyzing different occupational gestures is crucial; skin hygiene requirements are also important; in contact dermatitis, any symptomatic treatment is doomed to failure if eviction measures are not taken.
