Dermatoscopia este o tehnica non-invaziva de diagnostic care se bazeaza pe vizualizarea morfologiei leziunilor cutanate , fiind o \u201cpunte\u201d intre aspectele clinice macroscopice si detaliile histopatologice. De la aparitia ei, numeroase studii au certificat avantajul ei in fata diagnosticarii cu ochiul liber , iar progresul in diagnosticarea formelor incipiente de melanom a fost remarcabil, Evaluarea unei leziuni pigmentate cutanate suspecta de melanom va urmari prezenta retelei atipice, aspectele de regresie , prezenta de globule \/ bulgari neregulati, pseudopode sau linii albe, valul gri-albicios sau prezenta vaselor atipice. Studii recente aduc in atentie si alte criterii noi pentru diagnosticul dermatoscopic al melanomului, cum ar fi prezenta ariilor hiperpigmentate neregulate, linii angulate sau poligonale evidente, precum si accentuarea marcajului cutanat . Aspectele dermatoscopice pot orienta dermatologul in aprecierea nivelului de invazie cutanata , obtinand astfel informatii utile tratamentului chirurgical si permitand corelatiile clinico-patologice . Dermatoscopia devine astfel un instrument indispensabil practicii dermatologice servind cu success scopului de a diagnostica melanomul in cele mai precoce stadii.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dermatoscopy is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that is based on visualizing the morphology of skin lesions, being a “bridge” between macroscopic clinical aspects and histopathological details. Since its inception, numerous studies have certified its advantage over the diagnosis with the naked eye, and progress in diagnosing early forms of melanoma has been remarkable. Evaluation of a suspected melanoma pigmented skin lesion will follow the presence of atypical network, regression aspects, the presence of irregular globules \/ clods, pseudopods or streaks , white lines, whitish-gray veil or the presence of atypical vessels. Recent studies point to other new criteria for the dermatoscopic diagnosis of melanoma, such as the presence of irregular hyperpigmented areas, obvious angulated or polygonal lines, and prominent skin marking. Dermatoscopic aspects can guide the dermatologist in assessing the level of skin invasion, thus obtaining useful information for surgical treatment and allowing clinical-pathological correlations. Dermatoscopy thus becomes an indispensable tool for dermatological practice, successfully serving the purpose of diagnosing melanoma in the earliest stages.<\/span><\/p>\n

La nivel global, se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 dermatita seboreic\u0103 \u0219i m\u0103trea\u021ba afecteaz\u0103 50% din popula\u021bia adult\u0103.
Patogeneza m\u0103tre\u021bii \u0219i a dermatitei seboreice poate fi explicat\u0103 prin mai multi factori, printre care \u0219i o predispozi\u021bie personal\u0103 \u0219i schimb\u0103ri ale mediului. Cercet\u0103rile medicale au demonstrat c\u0103 afectarea s\u0103n\u0103tatii microbiomului cauzat\u0103 de cre\u0219terea coloniilor de malaseziei restrictive, stafilococ epidermidis \u0219i sc\u0103derea num\u0103rului de cutibacterium acnes duc la alterarea func\u021biei de barier\u0103 a pielii. Se creaz\u0103 astfel un dezechilibru al acestuia \u0219i o modificare a compozi\u021biei sebumului.
Studii recente au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 tratarea \u00eentregii complexit\u0103\u021bi a microbiomului scalpului poate duce la dezvoltarea tratamentului anti-m\u0103trea\u021b\u0103 \u0219i la reducerea simptomelor asociate.
Cercet\u0103rile realizate \u00een tratamentul cu Dercos DS au ar\u0103tat eficacitate imediat\u0103 asupra m\u0103tre\u021bii, eliminarea 100% a scuamelor vizibile \u0219i un efect antirecidiv\u0103 la 6 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. \u00cen faza de \u00eentre\u021binere, Dercos a ar\u0103tat, de asemenea, c\u0103 poate maximiza eficacitatea tratamentului medicamentos \u0219i poate preveni recidivele chiar \u0219i \u00een cea mai sever\u0103 dermatit\u0103 seboreic\u0103, cu o singur\u0103 aplicare pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103.
Astfel, Dercos DS este o solu\u021bie important\u0103 pentru pacien\u021bii care se confrunt\u0103 cu simptomatologia asociat\u0103 acestei patologii a scalpului.<\/p>\n

It is estimated that seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff combined affects 50% of the adult population.
The pathogenesis of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis can be explained by several factors, including a personal predisposition and environmental changes. Medical research demonstrated that an unhealthy microbiome caused by the increase of malassezia restricta, increase of staphylococcus epidermidis and a decrease of cutibacterium acnes is also seen in altered skin barrier function, creating a dysbalance and a sebum composition alteration.
Recent important approaches showed that the purpose of treating the entire complexity of the scalp microbiome can lead to development of anti-dandruff treatment and a reduction in the associated symptoms.
Studies made in the treatment phase with Dercos DS showed immediate efficacy on dandruff, elimination of 100% of the visible flakes and a 6 week remanence effect. In the maintenance phase, Dercos also showed that it can maximize drug treatment efficacy and prevent relapses even on the most severe seborrheic dermatitis with only a once weekly regimen. Thus, Dercos DS is an important solution for patients who face the symptoms associated with this scalp pathology.<\/p>\n
