Lucrarea de fa\u021b\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o trecere \u00een revist\u0103 a imunodeficien\u021belor predominant anticorpice \u0219i abordeaz\u0103 ca tem\u0103 central\u0103 imunodeficien\u021ba comun\u0103 variabil\u0103 (CVID), din perspectiva formelor de afectare cutanat\u0103 prin care aceasta se exprim\u0103 clinic.
\nCVID este o imunodeficien\u021b\u0103 primar\u0103 cu expresie variabil\u0103, ceea ce denot\u0103 nu doar heterogenitatea tabloului clinic, ci \u0219i heterogenitatea anomaliilor imunologice, respectiv afectarea semnificativ\u0103 a imunit\u0103\u021bii umorale \u0219i a produc\u021biei de anticorpi, al\u0103turi de alterarea variabil\u0103 a num\u0103rului\/func\u021biei limfocitelor T.

\nThe paper represents a review of predominantly antibody immunodeficiencies and addresses common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) as a central theme, from the perspective of the forms of skin manifestations associated with the disease.
\nCVID is a primary immunodeficiency with variable expression, which denotes not only the heterogeneity of the clinical picture, but also the heterogeneity of immunological abnormalities, encompassing the significant impairment of humoral immunity and antibody production, along with the variable alteration of the number\/function of T lymphocytes.
\nCVID classically presents as the phenotype of severe, recurrent infections, but recent years have allowed the characterization of the CVID phenotype with non-infectious complications. The latter associates a more severe evolutionary pattern and a lower survival rate. Cutaneous, infectious and non-infectious manifestations are common in patients with CVID and may be the inaugural manifestations of this primary immunodeficiency.
\nKnowing the association between primary immunodeficiencies and certain skin manifestations is important for the correct and early diagnosis of the disease, as a premise for an effective therapeutic approach.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\nCVID este o imunodeficien\u021b\u0103 primar\u0103 cu expresie variabil\u0103, ceea ce denot\u0103 nu doar heterogenitatea tabloului clinic, ci \u0219i heterogenitatea anomaliilor imunologice, respectiv afectarea semnificativ\u0103 a imunit\u0103\u021bii umorale \u0219i a produc\u021biei de anticorpi, al\u0103turi de alterarea variabil\u0103 a num\u0103rului\/func\u021biei limfocitelor T.
\nCVID \u00eembrac\u0103 \u00een mod clasic fenotipul infec\u021biilor severe, recurente, \u00eens\u0103 ultimii ani au permis caracterizarea fenotipului CVID cu complica\u021bii neinfec\u021bioase. Acesta din urm\u0103 asociaz\u0103 un tipar evolutiv mai sever \u0219i o rat\u0103 de supravie\u021buire mai redus\u0103. Manifest\u0103rile cutanate, infec\u021bioase \u0219i ne-infec\u021bioase sunt frecvent \u00eent\u00e2lnite la pacien\u021bii cu CVID \u0219i pot fi manifest\u0103rile inaugurale ale acestei imunodeficien\u021be primare.
\nCunoa\u0219terea asocierii dintre imunodeficien\u021bele primare \u0219i anumite manifest\u0103ri cutanate este important\u0103 pentru diagnosticul corect \u0219i precoce de boal\u0103, ca premis\u0103 a unei abord\u0103ri terapeutice eficiente.\n<\/p>\n

\nCVID is a primary immunodeficiency with variable expression, which denotes not only the heterogeneity of the clinical picture, but also the heterogeneity of immunological abnormalities, encompassing the significant impairment of humoral immunity and antibody production, along with the variable alteration of the number\/function of T lymphocytes.
\nCVID classically presents as the phenotype of severe, recurrent infections, but recent years have allowed the characterization of the CVID phenotype with non-infectious complications. The latter associates a more severe evolutionary pattern and a lower survival rate. Cutaneous, infectious and non-infectious manifestations are common in patients with CVID and may be the inaugural manifestations of this primary immunodeficiency.
\nKnowing the association between primary immunodeficiencies and certain skin manifestations is important for the correct and early diagnosis of the disease, as a premise for an effective therapeutic approach.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
