Introduction: Androgenic alopecia is a chronic condition characterized by the miniaturization of hair follicles. It is a common disorder affecting the quality of life, especially in women.
The dermatologist is familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of this condition, but the observation and recognition of certain trichoscopic aspects brings the diagnosis and therapy to the a state of the art.
Material and method: The paper wishes to discuss some diagnostic and treatment tips and tricks by presenting some clinical cases.
Result: The trichoscopic aspects encountered in the active form, in the early form or in the advanced form of androgenic alopecia will be presented.
In addition, few methods to increase the effectiveness of minoxidil, the only approved topical drug, will be discussed. Furthermore, the correctl ways to inform patients about the expectations of therapeutic results will also be discussed.
Conclusion: Mastery in the knowledge of diagnostic and treatment tricks bring the therapeutic response to the level of excellence, increasing the patient’s compliance with the applyed treatment.<\/p>\n

Rezultate: Se vor prezenta aspectele tricoscopice \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u00een forma activ\u0103, \u00een forma aflat\u0103 la debut sau \u00een form\u0103 avansat\u0103.
Se vor discuta modalit\u0103\u021bi de cre\u0219tere a eficien\u021bei minoxidilului, singurul medicament topic aprobat precum \u0219i de informare corect\u0103 a pacien\u021bilor \u00een cee ace prive\u0219te a\u0219tept\u0103rilor rezultatelor terapeutice.
Concluzii: Cunoa\u0219terea unor trucuri de diagnostic \u0219i tratament aduc r\u0103spunsul terapeutic la nivelul de excelen\u021b\u0103 cresc\u00e2nd complian\u021ba pacientului la tratament.<\/p>\n
The dermatologist is familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of this condition, but the observation and recognition of certain trichoscopic aspects brings the diagnosis and therapy to the a state of the art.
Material and method: The paper wishes to discuss some diagnostic and treatment tips and tricks by presenting some clinical cases.
Result: The trichoscopic aspects encountered in the active form, in the early form or in the advanced form of androgenic alopecia will be presented.
In addition, few methods to increase the effectiveness of minoxidil, the only approved topical drug, will be discussed. Furthermore, the correctl ways to inform patients about the expectations of therapeutic results will also be discussed.
Conclusion: Mastery in the knowledge of diagnostic and treatment tricks bring the therapeutic response to the level of excellence, increasing the patient’s compliance with the applyed treatment.<\/p>\n
