Acestea pot acoperi un spectru larg de aspecte clinice, \u00een multe cazuri diagnosticul fiind o provocare pentru clinician.

The lips are a special anatomical region, with a major impact from an aesthetic and functional point of view. Their common exposure to UV radiation, chemical aggressors or infectious agents increases the risk for development of various pathological conditions, including premalignant or malignant lesions. They can cover a wide spectrum of clinical aspects, in many cases the diagnosis being a challenge for the clinician.
\nNon-invasive imaging techniques such as in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy and dermoscopy can be useful tools for the assessment of the lip lesions. Here we present the experience of our research group for the in vivo micromorphological evaluation of the premalignant and malignant lesions of the lower lip.

\nTehnicile imagistice non-invazive, precum microscopia confocal\u0103 de reflectan\u021b\u0103 in vivo \u0219i dermatoscopia pot fi instrumente utile pentru evaluarea leziunilor buzelor. \u00cen aceasta lucrare prezent\u0103m experien\u021ba grupului nostru de cercetare \u00een evaluarea micromorfologic\u0103 in vivo a leziunilor premaligne \u0219i maligne ale buzei inferioare.

\nNon-invasive imaging techniques such as in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy and dermoscopy can be useful tools for the assessment of the lip lesions. Here we present the experience of our research group for the in vivo micromorphological evaluation of the premalignant and malignant lesions of the lower lip.
