Imunoterapia cu inhibitori ai punctelor de control (IPC) a revolu\u021bionat tratamentul melanomului malign, carcinomului cu celule renale, cancerului colorectal, carcinomului hepatocelular, carcinomului pulmonar cu celule mici \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 celule mici, mezoteliomul pleural malign \u0219i alte tipuri de tumori maligne. Terapia vizeaz\u0103 punctele de control, esen\u021biale pentru reglarea sistemului imunitar. C\u00e2nd sunt activate, acestea pot sc\u0103dea r\u0103spunsul imun la un stimul imunologic. Aproximativ 40% dintre pacien\u021bii trata\u021bi cu IPC dezvolt\u0103 reac\u021bii adverse dermatologice cu component\u0103 imunologic\u0103: erup\u021bii cutanate u\u0219oare, modific\u0103ri ale p\u0103rului \u0219i unghiilor, dermatit\u0103 psoriaziform\u0103, reac\u021bii lichenoide, vitiligo, pemfigoid bulos, sindrom Stevens-Johnson, necroliz\u0103 epidermic\u0103 toxic\u0103. Supravie\u021buirea global\u0103 este semnificativ mai lung\u0103 pentru pacien\u021bii care prezint\u0103 evenimente adverse imune la tratamentul doar cu IPC sau combinat pentru melanom metastatic. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have revolutionized the treatment malignant melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small and small cell cell lung carcinoma, malignant pleural mesothelioma and other types of malignant tumours. The therapy targets immune checkpoints, key regulators of the immune system. When stimulated they can decrease the immune response to an immunologic stimulus. About 40% of patients treated with ICIs develop immune-related dermatologic adverse events: mild rashes, hair and nail changes, psoriasiform dermatitis, lichenoid reactions, vitiligo, bullous pemphigoid, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. The overall survival of the patients with metastatic melanoma who undergo treatment with single or combination (ICIs) and who experience immune adverse events, is significantly longer. Survival is further improved if the immunotherapy is continued after the onset of the adverse events.<\/p>\n

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have revolutionized the treatment malignant melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small and small cell cell lung carcinoma, malignant pleural mesothelioma and other types of malignant tumours. The therapy targets immune checkpoints, key regulators of the immune system. When stimulated they can decrease the immune response to an immunologic stimulus. About 40% of patients treated with ICIs develop immune-related dermatologic adverse events: mild rashes, hair and nail changes, psoriasiform dermatitis, lichenoid reactions, vitiligo, bullous pemphigoid, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. The overall survival of the patients with metastatic melanoma who undergo treatment with single or combination (ICIs) and who experience immune adverse events, is significantly longer. Survival is further improved if the immunotherapy is continued after the onset of the adverse events.<\/p>\n
