Nevul sebaceu este o leziune hamartomatoas\u0103 circumscris\u0103 compus\u0103 predominant din glande sebacee, care apare la toate rasele, cu frecven\u021b\u0103 egal\u0103 la sexul masculin \u0219i feminin. Este descris ca o plac\u0103 unic\u0103, alopecic\u0103 dac\u0103 este situat\u0103 pe scalp sau o plac\u0103 g\u0103lbuie localizat\u0103 facial, auricular, cervical, trunchi, cavitate oral\u0103, cu debut prenatal sau \u00een copil\u0103rie. Statusul hormonal al mamei poate determina cre\u0219terea proeminen\u021bei nevului sebaceu fetal. La pubertate statusul hormonal poate determina un aspect verucos al nevului sebaceu. Muta\u021biile somatice postzigotice ale nevului sebaceu pot avea ca rezultat diferite expresii clinice ale mozaicismului. De asemenea, muta\u021biile \u00een celulele pluripoten\u021biale pot duce la hamartoame cu linii celulare multiple. Nevul sebaceu se poate complica cu apari\u021bia de tumori benigne sau maligne, cele mai frecvente fiind tricoblastomul si siringocistadenomul papilifer. Tricoblastomul se prezint\u0103 ca o papul\u0103 de mici dimensiuni cu contur regulat \u0219i cu suprafa\u021b\u0103 neted\u0103, neulcerat\u0103. Uneori aspectul este nodular sau polipoid. Tricoblastomul afecteaz\u0103 adultul, formele genetice ap\u0103r\u00e2nd din adolescen\u021b\u0103. Ackermann clasific\u0103 tricoblastomele \u00een 5 tipuri histologice: cu noduli mari, cu noduli mici, cribriform, racemiform \u0219i retiform. Nevus sebaceus is a circumscribed hamartomatous lesion predominantly composed of sebaceous glands. It occurs with equal frequency in males and females of all races. It is described as a solitary, hairless patch on the scalp or orange-yellow plaque on face, auricular, neck, trunk, oral cavity at birth or in early childhood. Mother’s hormonal status may increase the prominence of nevus sebaceous of the fetus. In puberty the hormones changes the aspect of nevus sebaceus in verrucoid type. Postzygotic somatic mutations in nevus sebaceous may result in various clinical expressions of mosaicism. Also, mutations in pluripotential cells may lead to hamartomas with multiple cell lines. Sebaceous nevus may be complicated by the appearance of benign or malignant tumors, the most common being trichoblastoma and syringocystadenoma papilliferum. Trichoblastoma appears as a small papule with a nonerosive smooth surface and sometimes has a nodular or polypoid appearance. It usually affects the adult, but the onset of genetic transmitted trichoblastoma is in the teenage years. Ackermann classifies tricoblastomes between 5 histological types: with large nodules, with small nodules, cribriforme, racemiforme and retiforme. The pigmented shape of a tricoblastome is rarely found, being characterised by melanocitar hyperplasia regulated with the melanic pigmentation of the epitelial cells and the presence of relatively numerous melanofags in the stromus.<\/p>\n

It is described as a solitary, hairless patch on the scalp or orange-yellow plaque on face, auricular, neck, trunk, oral cavity at birth or in early childhood.
